　　又是一年开学时。

高中的第一天英语日记

　　It's the beginning of another year.

　　今年，是我人生的转折点，因为今年我参加了中考，以一个一般般的成绩被新学校录取，从然内心有万般不愿，精彩的暑假生活就结束了。

　　This year is the turning point of my life, because this year I took the mid-term exam and was admitted to the new school with a general result. However, I was reluctant to do anything, and the wonderful summer life ended.

　　站在新学校前，不得不承认，高中生活很紧张，看那几栋肃穆的教学楼就知道了。而学校的环境还是不错的，想到我要在这里度过三年，心里挺高兴的。

　　Standing in front of the new school, I have to admit that high school life is very tense. Just look at those solemn teaching buildings. The school environment is still good. I am very happy to think that I will spend three years here.

　　因为是开学第一天，新生们都不知道要去哪，应该做什么，所以都在学校里乱转，偶尔熟人见面，会很惊喜的抱在一起：呀，你也在这里！

　　乱转的时间持续的很短，大部分同学都找到了自己的班，我在兔子的陪同下也找到了自己的班，我被分到了七班。

　　The time of disorderly rotation lasted for a short time. Most of the students found their own class. I also found my own class accompanied by the rabbit. I was divided into seven classes.

　　进了教室，一个胖胖的男人正趴在讲台上记东西，还有一个女生正在收东西，我想，那个男人应该就是我的班主任了。我走近一看，原来是新生报到，我便上前交了我的录取通知书，班主任告诉我我的宿舍是116，我便去了宿舍楼。

　　In the classroom, a fat man is lying on the platform to remember things, and a girl is receiving things, I think, that man should be my head teacher. I came closer and saw that it was the new student who had reported to me. I handed in my admission notice. The head teacher told me that my dormitory was 116, so I went to the dormitory.

　　116宿舍里有一个很漂亮的女生，我一问，原来是和我一班的，真高兴!于是我和她便成了朋友，她跟我说她叫莲，也住在116。和莲一起回到了教室，班主任说大家都把东西拿到教室，一起去宿舍，我便和莲又回到了宿舍，却发现一个人没有，真奇怪，人都去哪了？

　　There is a beautiful girl in dormitory 116. When I asked, she was in my class. I was so happy! So I became friends with her. She told me her name is Lian and she lives in 116. I went back to the classroom with Lian. The head teacher said that everyone took things to the classroom and dormitory together. Then I went back to the dormitory with Lian, but I found that there was no one. It's strange that where did everyone go?

　　后来才发现，原来我们俩走错了宿舍，我们住的116是西边的116，而我们进的是东边的。好囧啊！

　　Later, it was found that we went to the wrong dormitory. We lived in 116 in the west, while we entered in the East. How embarrassing!

　　中午放学的时候，和莲一起去食堂打饭，发现高中的食堂和初中的食堂就是不一样，高中的食堂大多了，饭菜品种也很多，所以中午吃得很饱。肚子饱饱，心情好好！

　　At noon after school, I went to the canteen with lian to have a meal. I found that the canteen in high school is different from that in junior high school. There are many canteens in high school, and there are many kinds of meals, so I had a full lunch. Full stomach, good mood!

　　下午的时候，班主任给我们开了堂会，主要是向我们介绍这所学校的特点，以及他的教学方式，他说在他的班里，只要是金子，他就能挖出来，他会让我们的班将实力发挥到极致。而且，他希望我们班的人团结起来，这一点我很赞同，我从前的班主任都没说过。

　　In the afternoon, the head teacher held a meeting for us, mainly to introduce the characteristics of the school and its teaching methods. He said that in his class, as long as it is gold, he can dig it out, and he will let our class play to the extreme. What's more, he wants our class to unite, which I agree with very much. My former head teacher didn't say.

　　感觉我们班很好，比较符合之前的想象，而且，这个班拥有好的前途的，我知道。

　　I think our class is very good, more in line with the previous imagination, and this class has a good future, I know.

　　附记：晚间休息的时候，我才知道下铺人是谁，那家伙长得好像男生哎，而且是特别帅气的那种，所以我脱口而出：“帅哥啊！”全宿舍囧。

　　Postscript: when I have a rest in the evening, I know who the next bunk is. That guy looks like a boy, especially handsome. So I blurted out: "handsome boy!" the whole dormitory is embarrassed.
